Duct Tape Solutions can be used without an account, newsletter, payment flow, or shop checkout. The tools are designed so calculations, previews, exports, and local file parsing run in the browser unless a specific tool clearly states otherwise.

Tool inputs, local files, and generated exports are not intentionally uploaded to the operator by the application code. Optional analytics and advertising services are loaded only after the relevant consent choice.

The site is provided through a virtual server at Host Europe. The server location is Strasbourg, France.

When a page is loaded, the hosting system may process technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser user agent, status code, and transferred data volume.

The purposes are delivering the site, keeping it secure, diagnosing errors, and preventing abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are stored only as long as needed for operation, security, and error analysis; longer retention may be required for security incidents.

Google Tag Manager manages tags. Google Analytics measures page views and interactions so usage can be understood and the tools can be improved. Google AdSense/Google Ads may serve ads, measure ad and conversion performance, prevent abuse, and, where allowed, support personalized advertising.

The site sends Google Consent Mode signals for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization based on your choices. Without analytics consent, analytics storage remains denied. Without ads consent, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied.

Depending on your consent and Google configuration, processed data may include page URL, referrer, device and browser information, timestamps, interactions, truncated or technically processed IP address information, approximate location, cookie or client IDs, ad and campaign information, conversion events, and consent status.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites.

Retention periods in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and AdSense depend on the respective account, property, and product settings. Google provides its own privacy information, cookie notices, ad settings, and data processing terms.

Google services may involve processing outside the EU or EEA. According to Google, such transfers are based, where applicable, on adequacy decisions such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you contact the operator by email or phone, the submitted information is processed to answer the request, reproduce bugs, and maintain the site. Contact requests are deleted when they are no longer required and no statutory retention duties apply.

Regular recipients of personal data are the hosting provider and, where consent has been given, Google for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense/Google Ads.
