Spin a Wheel

A weighted wheel gives each option a share of the total weight. Its chance is its weight divided by the sum of all positive weights. Equal weights mean equal chances; a zero weight excludes an option. The colored slices show those proportions. Edit labels and weights, save the options, then spin to make a decision together.

For example, give Pizza a weight of 2 and Sushi a weight of 1: Pizza has a 66.7% chance and Sushi 33.3%. Use the wheel for lunch ideas, classroom prompts, or a shared activity. Weights express your preferences; they do not guarantee the next result.

Choose Options to spin your custom labels and weights, or Players to pick a person. In Players mode, every connected player has an equal chance and spectators are excluded. The roster stays fixed during each spin. Your custom options are kept when you change modes.

  2. Weight
  3. Save options
  4. Spin the wheel

Play with friends

Create a room and share the invitation. The host can allow everyone to edit options, spin, or control rounds independently; each permission starts as host-only. Save up to 100 options, or paste one label per line. At least two options must have positive weights. The options stay fixed during a spin, and everyone sees the same landing and result.

Invitation links join the room automatically. Turn Spectating on to watch, or off to play. You can change this in the join form or during preparation. The switch stays disabled until preparation opens again.

FAQ

How do wheel weights change the odds?

A weighted wheel gives each option a share of the total weight. Its chance is its weight divided by the sum of all positive weights. Equal weights mean equal chances; a zero weight excludes an option. The colored slices show those proportions. Edit labels and weights, save the options, then spin to make a decision together.

Can we play without an online room?

Yes. Local play runs on one device. For straws, add players with generated names and avatars, edit them if needed, and pass the device around. Every player must choose before the reveal. Your own profile is shared with the other minigames and Scrum Poker.

How long does a room last?

Rooms expire after 24 hours without activity. If the host disconnects for 60 seconds, a connected player takes over. In online games, the server determines outcomes and keeps all participants on the same round.
