Business-day rules vary by country, company, contract, and industry. This tool can exclude weekends and custom holidays, but legal or contractual deadlines should still be checked against the governing rule.

Can I exclude holidays?
Yes. Paste one holiday date per line in YYYY-MM-DD format. Holidays that fall on configured weekends are not double-counted.
Should the end date be included?
Use the include-end-date switch when the final date itself should count as part of the range.
