Build from the plan

  1. Decide the outside dimensions first, then check whether the inside space is still usable.
  2. Use outline or hollow mode for walls, shells, roofs, and frames; use filled mode for floors, terrain pieces, and material estimates.
  3. For curved 3D shapes, build from the layer view instead of eyeballing the curve from the preview.
  4. Before survival builds, copy the block count and reduce the palette if the material list is too expensive.

What is the difference between circle, cylinder, dome, and sphere tools?

Use the circle generator for a flat footprint. Use the cylinder generator when that footprint repeats upward. Use dome or sphere tools when each height needs a different layer.

Are these useful for survival mode?

Yes. The useful part for survival is the block count and layer plan: you can gather materials first and build one layer at a time.

When should I use the 3D model converter?

Use the 3D model converter for imported GLB, GLTF, OBJ, or STL files. For simple geometric builds, a dedicated shape generator is usually faster and cleaner.
